Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the delivery status of your package through our carrier’s tracking system.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping to almost all countries. Please check the shipping options at checkout to see if we deliver to your location and to view any associated costs.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check your tracking information for updates. We don't take responsibility for delays caused by shipping carriers. If you still have concerns, contact our customer support team at help@kurvwear.com for assistance.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been packed or shipped.
Will I need to pay customs or import duties?
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. Kurvwear is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and the funds are received exclusively by your local government.
What if my package is lost during transit?
If you suspect that your order has been misplaced by the carrier during transit, please contact our customer support team a help@kurvwear.com. Once the carrier is in possession of the item, we have little control over their shipping processes. That being said, please contact us immediately so we can work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
How can I expedite my order processing?
While we strive to process all orders quickly, choosing expedited shipping and placing your order early in the day (AEST) can help speed up the process. Order processing times are typically 1-3 business days (AEST).
Can I change my shipping method after placing my order?
If you need to change your shipping method, please contact our customer support team at help@kurvwear.com as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request if the order has not been processed.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We offer a hassle-free return policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund, provided the items are in their original condition with tags attached.
What condition must the items be in to qualify for a return?
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items that do not meet these criteria may be subject to rejection.
In order to avoid return rejection, we request pictures of the items prior to providing you with return shipping information.
Do you offer free returns?
No, the customer is responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. This is handled by our customer support team on a case by case basis.
How long does it take to process a return and receive a refund?
Once we receive your return, we aim to process it within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank/original payment method.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
At the moment we are unable to offer exchanges. If you’d like an exchange, we recommend returning your original purchase for a refund and placing a new order. Please contact our customer support team at help@kurvwear.com so we can assist with this.
How can I track the status of my return?
After initiating your return, you will receive a tracking number for the return shipment. Please send this tracking number to us so both of us can monitor the status of your return until it reaches us.
Will I be refunded for the shipping cost if I return an item?
Original shipping and costs are non-refundable.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Kurvwear accepts a variety of payment methods including all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and installment options like Sezzle, Klarna, and Afterpay.
Can I use multiple forms of payment for a single purchase?
We currently only accept one payment method per order. However, you can choose from our wide range of accepted payment options for your convenience.
Do you accept international credit cards?
Yes, we accept international credit cards. Your bank or card issuer may charge a foreign transaction fee.
How do I use a discount code or promotional offer?
Enter your discount code during the checkout process in the designated field. The discount will be applied to your order before you complete your purchase.
Can I change my payment method after placing an order?

Can I return my order and get a refund if I used a discount code?
Yes, you can receive a refund even if you used a discount code. The refunded amount will reflect the discounted price you paid.
Do you store my credit card information?
For your security, we do not store your credit card information on our servers nor do we have access to viewing your financial information. Payment details are processed securely through our payment providers.
