Returns Policy

At Kurvwear, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the item, subject to the following terms and conditions: 

1) Return Eligibility: 

1.1) You can return your item within 14 days from the date it was delivered to you.
1.2) To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original packaging and tags still attached.
1.3) Items that show signs of wear or do not meet our return criteria will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
1.4) Sale items or those marked as "not-returnable" are not eligible for refunds and can only be returned for store credit.
1.5) Once received, returns are inspected. If the return is accepted, we will process your refund or store credit within 7 business days and send a confirmation email. If the return is not accepted, we will notify you and return the item to you at your cost.

2) Return Process: 

2.1) To start a return, please contact our customer support team at help@kurvwear.com for return instructions. 
2.2) Return shipping and any duties are the responsibility of the customer. 
2.3) Original shipping fees are non-refundable. 
2.4) Orders shipped with 'free shipping' will have the applicable shipping fee deducted from the refund amount, as detailed on our Shipping page. As a small business, we incur costs when shipping parcels, and these fees are not refunded to us by carriers even if you return the parcel. Therefore, these shipping costs are non-refundable.

3) Refunds: 

3.1) Refunds for eligible returns will be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase. After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days and confirm via email. 
3.2) Refunds may take 7-14 days to appear in your bank account due to varying processing times across different financial institutions. If you do not receive your refund after 14 days, please contact your bank or financial institution for further assistance. 

4) Exchanges: 

4.1) We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original purchase and place a new order. Our customer support team at help@kurvwear.com is available to assist you with this process and ensure your new order arrives as soon as possible.

5) Changes to the Return Policy:

5.1) Kurvwear reserves the right to modify this returns policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately. By making a purchase from Kurvwear, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this 14-day returns policy.
