Shipping Information
Orders take 1-3 business days for order processing. Please note that orders are not processed over weekends or public holidays (AEST). The ETA's below are shipping times from when your order has been dispatched. Orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.
Items purchased on Pre-Order will be shipped as per the Pre-Order dispatch date shown in the product description.
Shipping rates are shown in Australian Dollars. Standard & Express shipping rates will be calculated in your local currency at checkout.

Delivery:
All order are shipped requiring signature on delivery. We do this to minimise delivery issues. If you would like your order to be shipped with authority to leave, please contact us at help@kurvwear.com.
In the event that your order is shipped with authority to leave, please note that Kurvwear is not held liable in the event the parcel goes missing. Further, Kurvwear will not be able to refund or resend the parcel. We appreciate your understanding.
In the event where a parcel is not claimed/refused by the receiver, the carrier will attempt re-delivery. If the carrier and/or our team is unable to arrange a re-delivery by the carrier's cut-off time, the parcel will be destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver's country. This applies to orders whereby an incorrect shipping address has been entered when the order was placed. Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused.
Duties and Customs:
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. Kurvwear is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and the funds are received exclusively by your local government.
If you refuse this charge, you will not be refunded the shipping cost or the custom charge when we receive the parcel back to us. You will also be responsible for the return of this parcel.
